TGA planning services for annual renovation, refurbishment, and expansion measures at the K20 Grabbeplatz and K21 Ständehaus museum locations of the Kunstsammlung NRW: Services for cost breakdown groups 410, 420, 430, 435, 440, 450, 460, 470, 480 in service phases 1-9 according to §55 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 15, either fully or partially. The focus is on planning, coordination, and execution during ongoing operations, including scheduling for sensitive systems such as cooling supply and safety-related installations. Exemplary measures include office and exhibition room renovations, refurbishment of supply and disposal lines, replacement of technical systems, and changes in usage. Project costs (KG 400) per measure range between 10,000.00 EUR incl. VAT and approx. 250,000.00 EUR incl. VAT, with an average of approx. 3 measures per year requiring planning services according to HOAI 2021 § 55 (system groups 1, 2, 3).
