Ticket System
Ticket system: Creation of a complete system based on a work contract, including system service and further development. The system comprises a client-specific customized ticket system software (On Premise or rlp-Cloud/rental) with integrations into the client's IT system, particularly into the SAP landscape (transport management, evaluations, reports, knowledge bases, migrations). The software must be set up, configured, user accounts created, data imported, connected via interfaces to tools, automated, high interoperability with third-party systems established, tested, and test instances set up and operated. The onboarding process, including interface integration and training, must be completed. Productive use for all users must be ensured from August 1, 2027.
