Total Consulting Services for Artificial Turf Pitches and Sports Facilities

Total consulting services for artificial turf pitches and sports facilities: technical consulting and assistance for architectural, landscape architectural, and engineering works for new construction and renovation of artificial turf pitches or sports facilities (e.g., athletics tracks, padel tennis, hockey). The framework agreement has an estimated value of 10,000,000 DKK excl. VAT and a maximum value of 20,000,000 DKK excl. VAT. The extent of advice for handling environmentally hazardous substances (e.g., PFAS) is unknown at the time of tender. Three projects are expected to commence immediately after contract signing: (1) Espelunden Sports Facility: Replacement of artificial turf on two connected 11-a-side pitches from SBR-infill to alternative infill. (2) Espelunden Sports Facility: Establishment of three 5-a-side artificial turf pitches (training pitches) north of existing 11-a-side pitches. (3) Espelunden Sports Facility: Drainage project with storage and reuse of drainage water from the aforementioned pitches for watering a nearby stadium pitch. All three projects are expected to be operational by mid-2028.
