Construction services with completion 24 months after contract award. Total gross floor area 20,500 m², total gross volume 201,000 m³, eaves height 8.0 m, roofs as shallow-pitched gable constructions. Including all warehouse-specific installations and above-ground and underground developments within the construction area. Heating to +10°C via thermal component activation (underfloor heating). Office and social rooms as an annex, containers for utility rooms and additional WC and cleaning supply rooms. Three hall sizes: Type S with axis dimension 13.5 m, Type M with axis dimension 22 m, Type L with axis dimension 35.2 m. Storage types: Hall 1 (Type S) for shelf storage; Hall 2-4 (Type L+L+M) for pallet rack storage; Hall 5-7 (Type L+L+M) for block storage with 2 storage platforms; Hall 8-10 (Type L+L+M) for block storage with 1 storage platform.
