Structural engineering services for the new construction of a kindergarten and a fire station in Hüttlingen, Straubenmühle area: service phases 1-6. The construction projects are functionally interconnected and planned on a shared or directly adjacent property, to be developed as a holistic overall concept with synergies. The tender is conducted via a Europe-wide negotiated procedure according to VgV in two stages: pre-qualification procedure (stage 1) and negotiated procedure with bidder presentations (stage 2). Staged commissioning is intended. There is no entitlement to realization or project implementation. The client reserves the right to require regional construction management.
