Structural engineering for the renovation of buildings G 11-N and G 11-A at the Max Planck Institute Göttingen. Services also include coordination of the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB) according to the BNB Coordinator service profile, plus additional special services. Building G 11-N (steel skeleton construction) will be gutted, fire-safety upgraded, fitted out (office use, communication areas, library), asbestos remediated, and energetically optimized (facade, roof). Building G 11-A (masonry construction) will receive an energetic facade upgrade and visual adaptation to G 11-N; a former caretaker's apartment in the basement will be converted into offices. The internal connection between both buildings will be restored. A detailed service description is available in Annex 04.
