Structural engineering and earthquake safety: Basic structural engineering services for buildings and associated structures according to § 51 HOAI in service phases 1-6, special services according to § 51 HOAI in service phases 8-9, and consulting services on the safety of federal properties abroad against seismic effects. This includes clarifying fundamental questions regarding earthquake safety of buildings and technical systems, calculating response spectra for evaluating earthquake safety using suitable modeling procedures including the ESHM 2020 hazard model, integrating technical systems in buildings concerning earthquake safety, expert opinions for interim and new leases, advising on existing local and German earthquake safety reports, and on-site inspections of buildings and technical systems if existing documentation does not allow for a reliable assessment.
