Railway Signaling Works for SMR T13 Phase 2

Railway signaling works and traction current return for the extension of the existing maintenance workshop at the Versailles Matelots SMR: Execution studies, including updating technical plans, cable books, and traction current return plans; creation of stabling tracks 1, 2, 3 and workshop track 26 with all necessary technical elements for their operation; motorization (command and control) of switch 528 (currently manually operated); installation of stop and speed limit signs, control of switch 528 from track 26; integration of new installations into existing posts by re-parameterizing the PLC in the signaling post for the creation of 12 routes, modification of PLCs, and equipment chassis; modification of the HMI (Human-Machine Interface) railway traffic control software; adaptation of the site's global RCT installations to accommodate new catenary-equipped tracks, and modification of track 23 power supply to be switchable between 25kV and 750V; technical verifications, tests, commissioning, regular service verification; safety, logistics, and work management. The works must minimize impact on SMR operation, ensure safety of people and access to businesses, residents, industries, public/private facilities. Maintaining the circulation of operator personnel and vehicles must also be considered.
