Dry storage for vacant properties: Energy-saving measure to maintain healthy and odor-free building structures at approximately 40-60% relative humidity after emptying water and heating networks. The scope includes condition management and remote monitoring for 10 properties totaling approximately 6,000 gross m², comprising installation of drying machines, condition sensors, access to sensor application, hygrostats, auxiliary fans, equipment setup, normal maintenance and upkeep, and equipment removal after the contract period. The properties are located in Porvoo: Linnankoskenkatu 35 (3 buildings), Linnankoskenkatu 37, Linnankoskenkatu 39, Lundinkatu 13, Epoontie 518, Kaivokatu 40, Saksalantie 257 (2 buildings). Work commencement no later than 1.12.2026, commissioning no later than 21.12.2026. Contract duration 2 years with an option for 1 + 1 year per building. A site visit on 17.9.2026 at 12:00 and 21.9.2026 at 9:00 at Saksalantie 257 is required, registration by the previous day to Viktor Johansson (viktor.johansson@porvoo.fi).
