Construction works for the expansion and modification of Seinäjoki Central Hospital's central kitchen

Construction works for the expansion and modification of Seinäjoki Central Hospital's central kitchen in building section K: establishment of a cold preparation kitchen, office and break rooms for kitchen staff with necessary ancillary facilities. The contract is a divided contract, with the construction contractor acting as the main contractor, responsible for overall project management and legal obligations according to YSE98. Building services contracts are executed as sub-contracts under the main contract. The main contract includes compliance with P1 guidelines for site cleanliness management (protective walls, dust extraction, negative pressure, sealed rooms, prior agreements with operational building sections), all construction engineering works and procurements, all necessary demolition works (with possible restoration), and necessary auxiliary construction works and hauling related to sub-contracts, to bring the project to full operational readiness. Separate contracts will be made for all trades; sub-contractors must accept and sign a subordination agreement (RT 80271) to the main contract.
