Reconstruction of the Tax Office building in Krosno for energy efficiency improvement

Construction works for the reconstruction of the Tax Office building in Krosno, Składowa 5: Reconstruction of the existing building according to building permit No. 114/2024 dated 15.07.2024 and demolition of the central heating chimney on plot No. 383/7 according to demolition permit No. 113/2024 dated 15.07.2024, based on documentation by architect Karol Bulanda. The scope includes under eligible measures: thermal insulation of exterior walls, insulation of ventilated and unventilated flat roofs, insulation of exterior walls at ground level, installation of damp-proof course, dismantling of existing windows and doors, installation of new windows and doors according to audit guidelines using a 'warm installation' system, installation of window opening sensors, construction of a mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery, installation of a ventilation unit on the roof, construction of a Building Management System (BMS), reconstruction of the central heating boiler room (dismantling of old boilers and boiler room installation, installation of new natural gas-fired condensing boilers with accessories and flue gas discharge system), installation of a new central heating system with insulated pipes and new radiators equipped with thermostatic valves, dismantling of existing air conditioning components (outdoor and indoor units, wiring), installation of an air conditioning system, installation of the outdoor unit on the roof, modernization of lighting (including replacement of luminaires with LED luminaires and replacement of wiring), installation of a photovoltaic system, installation of new roof covering (asphalt felt), accompanying finishing works (painting, plastering, restoration to original condition), external works (dismantling, demolition, reassembly), installation and restoration of the lightning protection system, chimney demolition, reinforced concrete structure and restoration of the retaining wall, installation of stainless steel railings, installation of gutters and downpipes, installation of ventilation grilles. Under non-eligible measures: installation of roof safety anchors.
