Reconstruction of the Tax Office Building in Tarnobrzeg for Energy Efficiency Improvement

Construction works for the energy-efficient reconstruction of the Tax Office building in Tarnobrzeg, Wyspiańskiego 12: thermal insulation of building walls, waterproofing of foundation walls, dismantling of existing window and door frames, installation of new window frames with opening sensors, external sills, and railings, installation of new door frames according to audit guidelines, construction of a mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery, roof installation of a ventilation unit, modernization of the central heating system including replacement of the entire system, installation of insulation valves, thermostatic valves, and an automation system for optimal regulation, construction of a Building Management System (BMS), dismantling of existing air conditioning components (outdoor and indoor units, wiring), installation of a new air conditioning system with an outdoor unit on the roof, modernization of lighting by replacing luminaires with LED luminaires and renewing wiring, installation of a photovoltaic system with roof-mounted panels and energy storage, construction works based on fire expertise and decisions of the Provincial Fire Commander, roof renovation, renovation of side and main building canopies, restoration of surfaces around the building related to the bumper strip, external works (demolition, dismantling, and reassembly of facade elements), accompanying finishing works (painting, plastering, and cladding to restore original condition), installation of door closers in selected internal doors, lightning protection system, installation of safety points on chimneys. The works are to be carried out according to building permit No. 69/24 dated 18.07.2024 and documentation by mgr inż. arch. Karol Bulanda.
