Reconstruction of the Tax Office Building in Lubaczów for Energy Efficiency Improvement

Construction works for the reconstruction of an office building of the Tax Office in Lubaczów, ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 6, to improve energy efficiency. The guaranteed scope of services includes: insulation of external walls and floor slab, reconstruction of external partitions and building ceilings for the planned mechanical ventilation system including breakthroughs, construction of a photovoltaic system on the roof with 21.8 kWp, installation of a mechanical ventilation system with a central unit located on the roof, installation of an air conditioning system including two outdoor units on the roof, installation of a BMS (Building Management System), replacement of windows and doors according to audit guidelines, using a "warm installation" system and window opening sensors, roof reconstruction including replacement of the roof truss, covering, and EPDM membrane finish, reconstruction of the gas boiler room including dismantling old boilers and installing new gas condensing boilers with accessories, installation of a new central heating system with insulated pipes and new radiators equipped with thermostatic valves, renovation of the domestic hot water system and installation of a storage tank in the boiler room with control fittings, dismantling of existing air conditioning elements (outdoor units, indoor units, wiring), renovation of internal and external lighting including replacement of luminaires with LED luminaires and wiring replacement, associated finishing works (painting, plastering, restoration to original state), steel structures for suspended ceilings and archive stairs, replacement of floor coverings in rooms specified in the documentation, sheet metal works and other construction works (e.g., chimney flashings, sealing of ventilation ducts, delivery and installation of nesting boxes), demolition and restoration works (e.g., dismantling and reassembly of flag holders, signs, balustrades, and barriers), installation of nesting boxes, lightning protection system, hydrant system. Optional services include: Option I: delivery and installation of internal window sills and manufacturing and installation of new window grilles inside the server room; Option II: installation of aluminum grid suspended ceilings on a metal frame; Option III: finishing construction works including plaster repairs, priming, gypsum plastering, and painting of entire rooms; further items as per the tender documents.
