Reconstruction of 110 kV High-Voltage Lines and Iława Substation (Phase 1 and 2)

Construction works: Reconstruction of 110 kV high-voltage lines and substations in Iława and Ostróda. Services include the conversion of single-track 110 kV overhead lines to double-track lines, the construction and reconstruction of telecommunications infrastructure, and the expansion of existing 110 kV switchgear. Execution must use software, materials, products, or devices originating from EU member states or third countries with relevant international agreements. Excluded are specific ICT products, services, or processes as per cybersecurity recommendations or high-risk supplier decisions. Devices using fluorinated greenhouse gases with a GWP of 1 or more are not permitted if contract completion is after January 1, 2028. Partial offers are allowed, with bidders submitting one offer for one or two parts. A warranty must be provided as per Annex 13 of the tender documents. The project is part of "Development of smart medium and high voltage power grids for Energa-Operator S.A. O/Płock and O/Olsztyn to increase potential for OZE connection" and is expected to be funded by EU funds (FEnIKS 2021-2027, action 2.3).
