Design and construction of power grid reconstructions for high-power charging stations in Gdańsk and Kowale: Preparation of construction and executive design documentation and execution of construction and assembly works in a design-build formula. Services must be performed using software, materials, products, or devices originating from EU member states or third countries that are parties to the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement or other international agreements with the EU. ICT products, services, or processes identified as security-critical are excluded. Partial bids are allowed, a guarantee must be provided. The procedure may be cancelled if public funds are not granted. Further items as per the tender documents.
