Reconstruction of Track Systems and Infrastructure for Railway Lines 408 and 409 in Szczecin

Reconstruction of track systems and associated infrastructure, including railway traffic control (srk) devices, for railway lines 408, 409, 433, and 851 in the Szczecin area. The basic scope (Task A) includes construction works on railway line 408 from km 3.675 to km 7.100 (including freight group), on railway line 409 from km 0.115 to km 10.069 (including freight group), on railway line 433 from km 2.806 to km 3.145, on railway line 851 from km 0.400 to km 2.309, and the construction of a connecting track (track 301) at Szczecin Gumieńce station. Included are track works, platforms, traction network, 15kV non-traction power lines, electro-energetics up to 1 kV, drainage, sanitary installations/networks/devices, road system, engineering structures, cubature objects, geotechnics, dendrology, reconstruction of ditches and watercourses, small architecture and landscaping, and environmental protection facilities. Task B comprises the design and execution of construction works for railway traffic control (srk) devices and railway telecommunication networks, optimization of track geometry for railway line 433 at Szczecin Wzgórze Hetmańskie station, including modernization of srk devices on railway lines 432 and 433, and an additional turnout crossing between railway line 408 and 351 at Szczecin Główny station. An option for an interface is provided. The preparation of all as-built documentation is part of the contract, including technical regulations, geodetic as-built documentation, and new schemes for operational points. The implementation period is 42 months from contract signing. Completion of the basic scope is within 34 months, and completion of option rights is within 15 months each after their activation. Delivery of operating permits for structural subsystems is within 8 months after final acceptance of the respective scope. The interface option has a duration of at least 6 months and a maximum of 4 years from activation.
