Environmental development of Bem Square

Environmental development of Bem Square: Total development area of 12,520 m², of which 8,900 m² is renewed or newly created green space. Planting includes 68 trees, 5,302 shrubs and perennial plants, and 7,219 m² of 3D lawn. An irrigation system will be installed. Park furniture comprises 9 benches, 6 loungers, 1 table with 2 benches, 2 seating mushrooms, and 25.5 linear meters of seating wall. Additionally, 6 waste bins, 1 dog waste container, 1 drinking fountain, 3 bicycle racks, and 59 traffic bollards will be placed. The existing fountain will be renovated, and a new playground with a play castle, swing, and sandbox with sunshade will be built. Road construction works include the renewal of the southern park service road on 1,394 m² with paving stones and the reconstruction of the northern square service road with approximately 495 m² of new asphalt paving. Stormwater drainage will be managed by infiltration into green areas. Existing pedestrian sidewalks and memorial points will be renovated, and new park paths made of decorative paving will be created, totaling approximately 2,000 m². For public safety monitoring, 6 surveillance cameras will be installed. This is a conditional procurement according to Kbt. 53. § (5). The contract becomes effective only after the project development phase of project TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-DE1-2025-00001 is concluded and will be retroactively terminated if it does not become effective within 6 months. Equivalent offers are accepted. The award is subject to cost control by the minister responsible for state investments; if the most favorable valid offer exceeds the estimated value, the minister's opinion is required. If this is not provided within 45 days (or 25 days for the next most favorable offer), the contract can be concluded.
