SMS System for National and International Mobile Numbers and SMS Management for Tax Administration

Provision of a system for automatic SMS transmission to national and international mobile numbers and a supporting service for managing SMS transmission from central systems of the Krajowa Administracja Skarbowa: The service includes mass sending of up to 9,864,000 SMS messages to recipients in all national and international mobile networks. This comprises access to an electronic customer service office, access to a client application via a secure HTTPS website (SSL encryption) for at least 20 users, and the ability to check the delivery status of sent messages via HTTPS query without logging in. The estimated number of SMS messages under the basic order is 9,864,000 SMS, divided into 3,024,000 domestic SMS (Zone 1) and 6,840,000 international SMS. The international SMS are distributed as 4,680,000 to Ukrainian numbers (Zone 2), 1,200,000 to Russian and Belarusian numbers (Zone 3), 730,000 to EU countries (excluding Poland) (Zone 4), and 230,000 to mobile numbers from other countries worldwide (Zone 5).
