Catering for Municipal Daycare Centers in Bochum

Delivery of frozen food as lunch menus for 20 daycare centers in Bochum: approximately 620,000 meals over 2 contract years, each consisting of 2 to 3 menu components. The catering must be child-friendly, balanced, free from genetically modified foods, and include whole foods and vegetarian dishes. Delivery occurs once a week, free to premises, upon call-off, at least 2 working days before the delivery day. Individual composition and portion-wise removal of single menu components are possible. The facilities have approximately 10 (smaller), approximately 60 (medium), or approximately 90 (larger) places.
