Maintenance, Repair, and Technical Inspections for Emergency and Service Vehicles

Technical services for 15 ambulances and service vehicles (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Volkswagen Crafter, Toyota Proace): periodic service and maintenance inspections according to manufacturer recommendations; current and emergency mechanical, electrical, electronic, and diagnostic repairs; bodywork and paint repairs; technical vehicle inspections; tire services (replacement, repair, seasonal storage); 24/7 roadside assistance, towing, and mobile vulcanization. Spare parts procurement (original or comparable quality) with delivery times of maximum 24 hours from Poland and 10 working days from abroad. Maintenance of a computerized repair and parts register; service provision according to manufacturer time standards (AUDATEX, EUROTAX or equivalent). The client reserves the right to change the number of vehicles. Detailed mechanical repairs (brakes, chassis, transmission, engine, electrics), diagnostics and electronics (computer diagnostics, repair of electrical system in ambulance medical compartments), further services (steering, exhaust system, air conditioning service, wheel alignment), further items as per the tender documents.
