Maintenance of elevator systems: Ensuring safe, reliable, and economic operation; execution according to DIN EN 13015, German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV), Technical Rules for Industrial Safety (TRBS 3121), manufacturer specifications, and DGUV regulations; deployment of professionally qualified and experienced elevator technicians; documentation of all maintenance work and identified defects; provision of the complete documentation in digital form (PDF) after completion of work, clearly assigned to the respective elevator system and maintenance date, to be signed by both parties; remuneration for documentation is included in the unit prices.
