Maintenance of HVAC Installations for Municipal Buildings in Oirschot
Maintenance of HVAC installations: approximately 170 installations across 12 municipal properties. The framework agreement includes corrective and preventive maintenance, comprising planned maintenance, statutory SCIOS inspections (scope 1 to 7), emission measurements (NOx, CO), planned SCIOS gas installation inspections, repair of damages, and replacement of (parts of) installations based on the Multi-Year Maintenance Plan (MJOP). The maximum contract duration is four (4) years, consisting of two (2) initial years with an option for two (2) extensions of one (1) year each. Annually, an estimated 50 sub-orders will be issued for maintenance and troubleshooting, along with approximately 20 sub-orders for the replacement of (parts of) installations. The framework agreement is intended to be in place by January 1, 2027.
