Maintenance of escape route and safety lighting for University Hospital Dresden

Maintenance and repair work on safety lighting systems and escape route signage luminaires in various buildings of the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden. The contract duration is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2030. Requirements include proof as a registered electrical specialist company, certified personnel with switching authorization up to 30 KV and for live working up to 1000 V, training certificates for Inotec safety lighting systems and DIN VDE 0108 and 0100 Part 710, a 24-hour emergency service with response times of 1-2 hours, the deployment of at least 2 employees simultaneously during normal working hours and 1 employee outside, service provision by own company, guarantee for original spare parts, at least 3 references from the last three years for electrical systems and safety lighting, and proof of reliability (health insurance, taxes, professional liability insurance). A maximum of 5 participants will be selected; further items as per the tender documents.
