Maintenance and repair work for examination and operating theatre lights at Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus Dresden, Fetscherstraße 74, 01307 Dresden. The service is divided into 2 lots (examination lights and operating theatre lights), with a maximum of 2 lots awarded to one bidder. The execution period is from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2030. Requirements include at least 2 qualified medical technicians specialized in OP-light repair, 5 years of experience with Berchtold, Dr. Mach, and Heraeus OP-lights, service agreements with these manufacturers for warranty fulfillment, training by the manufacturers, and the provision of spare parts and illuminants (Berchtold C- to F-series, Maquet Volista and PowerLED II, Dr. Mach Mach and MachLED, all existing OP-lights at UKD). The installation of original manufacturer spare parts/illuminants is guaranteed. Personnel require first aid training and extensive knowledge of video technology and transmission in OP-lights. The service must be provided by own staff, with a maximum reaction time of 1 hour for at least 2 employees during normal working hours and at least 1 employee outside normal working hours for breakdowns at the UKD site.
