Evolving Maintenance of IP Telephony Systems

Evolving maintenance of IP telephony systems: Upkeep and operational readiness of existing telephony systems, software, and equipment, including the supply of additional hardware and software for the City of Versailles and the Communauté d'agglomération de Versailles Grand Parc. The contract also includes studies, parameterization, implementation, security, and training for improvements and extensions of internal telephony solutions. Furthermore, operational assistance and change management services, performed on-site or remotely, are included as work units. Services are divided into two areas: evolving maintenance of IP telephony systems and supply of IP telephone terminals and associated accessories. The contract has a duration of 48 months and is awarded via purchase orders without minimum and with maximum quantities.
