Maintenance and support services for telecommunications network devices and related network services: Comprehensive maintenance, monitoring, support, and operational services for VR-Group's telecommunications network environment, including devices in datacentres, offices, rolling stock (trains and buses), and other operational locations. This includes service transition and implementation, 24/7 monitoring, incident management and fault resolution, replacement of failed network devices according to agreed service levels, device configuration changes, network monitoring, preventive maintenance, and operational support. Furthermore, service management and designated personnel, maintenance of network documentation, reporting (service level, capacity, operational), and integration with VR's service management and ticketing solutions are included. Other maintenance, support, and expert services can be ordered separately as required. The services support VR Group's operations in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Latvia, with potential extension to other VR Group companies or countries. Ownership of devices, software licenses, and network architecture remains with VR; VR is responsible for the procurement of network devices and strategic network architecture. The final scope of services will be defined in the final invitation to tender.
