Extension building for Johann-Michael-Zeyher Primary School at Schubertstr. 4, Schwetzingen: New construction in three-story 3D timber module design for expansion into a full-day school with additional classrooms and a canteen. The new building is barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible. The school is currently 2-stream with approx. 175 students; after expansion, the 2-stream structure with a maximum of 28 students per class will be maintained. Additionally, two preparatory classes (maximum 24 students per class) and one junior class (maximum 20 students) are planned, for a maximum total capacity of 292 students. The service includes design, approval, execution, and detailed/workshop planning, manufacturing, and turnkey construction of the school building, as well as the creation of path and utility infrastructure, including connections around the building to existing conditions and the existing schoolyard.
