Fire Protection Officer for New Construction of Martin-Behaim-Gymnasium School Campus
Services of an external superior fire protection officer for the construction-period fire protection of the new Martin-Behaim-Gymnasium school campus in Nuremberg: organizational coordination, consulting, control, documentation, and tracking of construction-period fire protection management on the construction site (technical control on behalf of the client without sovereign inspection or directive authority). The service includes the creation and updating of construction-period fire protection regulations, regular site inspections, accompaniment and random control of the permit procedure for fire-hazardous work, participation in alarm and reporting routes, instruction and organization of site inductions, as well as ongoing documentation and reporting. The construction project comprises a school building with five above-ground full floors, one basement, and one non-full-floor-effective roof/setback floor, a 7-court sports hall, and a canteen building. Special fire protection risks due to extensive timber construction components in roof structures, facades, columns, beams, and walls must be actively considered. The service is to be provided from 12/2026 to 12/2029, with an extension option of up to 6 months. Provision of a professionally qualified external fire protection officer including deputy.
