Mobile Device Management Software for Smartphones, Tablets and other Devices

Framework agreement on the temporary provision of software in the field of Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) as part of a subscription model (rental) including software maintenance, support and associated software-related contractual services (development, customising, implementation, configuration, integration, migration, training). The tender is divided into two lots: Lot 1 includes MDM (EAL4+) for VS-NfD smartphones & tablets (initially over 70,000 mobile devices, enterprise license for up to 360,000 devices); Lot 2 includes MDM for other devices such as mobile barcode scanners and XR devices (enterprise license for up to 20,000 devices). The estimated contract value for Lot 1 is approx. €95.86 million net (upper limit €143.79 million) with a term of 2 years plus 2 extension options of 12 months each, and for Lot 2 approx. €8.36 million net (upper limit €12.54 million) with a term of 4 years including extension options.

Microsoft Licenses (Online Services)

Delivery and provision of Microsoft licenses (Online Services) within the framework of a license supply agreement for Erste Abwicklungsanstalt AöR (EAA). The scope of services includes, among other things, 60 Microsoft 365 E5 with Teams, 40 Microsoft 365 E7 with Teams, 5000 Office 365 Extra File Storage, as well as other licenses (Project, Visio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams Rooms/Premium). The main services include the seamless continuation and further use of the existing tenant (without re-tenanting/data migration) as well as the activation of the specific Microsoft additional agreements M248, M399 and M1186 (or DORA Addendum) for the regulated financial market environment. The contract term is fixed at 48 months (from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2030).
