Initially, services of service stage A, marked "Zuschlag" (Award) in the service and remuneration catalog (Annex 801), will be commissioned. Optional consulting and special services of service stage A, as well as services of service stages B, C, and D, may be commissioned. Service stage B will be commissioned upon submission of the building application, service stage C upon completion of the execution planning, and service stage D upon receipt of the grant approval or an upstream decision for an early start of measures. The project involves the general renovation and extension of the main building (built 1986-1988) to adapt it to modern pedagogical, functional, and energy requirements. Goals include comprehensive renovation according to the Building Energy Act (GEG), functional optimization and restructuring of the room layout (including differentiation and specialized rooms), and the construction of an extension to cover additional space requirements for teaching, administration, and special educational services. The measure will be carried out during ongoing school operations in several construction phases, considering sustainable, energy-efficient, and barrier-free construction methods, as well as applicable technical and school building standards. Planning should preserve or further develop the existing architectural design. The project is publicly funded according to the Bavarian School Financing Act (BaySchFG) and its implementing regulation (AVBaySchFG); funding regulations must be observed. Object planning for buildings and interiors (LP 1-4), specialist planning services for technical equipment (system groups 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 for HVAC; system groups 4, 5, 6 for electrical engineering, each LP 1-9), structural engineering, building physics (building acoustics, room acoustics, thermal insulation), and fire protection services have already been commissioned. Project stage 1 of project management has already been completed. Service phase 2 (HOAI) and the corresponding project management services, project stage 2, will be completed at the time of contract award.
