Building Planning for Overall Renovation and Extension of Grundschule Auf dem Loh
Building planning for the Grundschule Auf dem Loh in Hannover: comprehensive planning according to § 34 HOAI 2013 in service phases 1 to 9 for the expansion of the 4-stream school into an inclusive and barrier-free full-day school. The school consists of a listed old building from 1899 and a two-story sports hall extension from 1977. Planning includes renovation and refurbishment measures in the existing building, the creation of additional areas, the development of areas for full-day operations (including canteen), the investigation of renovation, extension, or new construction of the sports hall, and consideration of an additional space requirement of approximately 700 m² (missing area). Restructuring and space potentials within the listed existing building as well as supplementary new constructions are to be examined, including the use of the first attic level, taking into account monument protection requirements. The schoolyard area of approximately 3,600 m² is to be redesigned to be barrier-free and functional, with existing trees to be preserved and integrated into the planning. The commissioning will be phased, with service phases not immediately awarded being subject to a suspensive condition, and the client reserving the right to limit the commission to partial services or individual construction sections. The contractor is obliged to provide further service phases if commissioned, but has no claim to their award. Planned contract award: 1st quarter 2027, planned completion of HU-Bau: 2nd quarter 2028, estimated start of construction: 3rd quarter 2029, planned completion: 4th quarter 2032.
