Integrated Spinning Disk Confocal Live Imaging System: Planning, delivery, installation, integration, validation, and commissioning of a complete system for advanced live imaging applications on zebrafish and mammalian cell models. The system must be delivered as a fully functional integrated solution, including all necessary hardware, software, accessories, interfaces, and third-party components. Installation will take place at the Helmholtz Institute for Translational AngioCardioScience (HI-TAC) in Mannheim, Technologiepark Mannheim HI-TAC TPMA3, 3rd floor, Franz-Volhard-Str. 8, 68167 Mannheim. The scope includes a complete inverted microscope and spinning disk imaging system, an objective set, a dual-camera detection system, a laser excitation system, a photomanipulation system, an environmental control system for live imaging, acquisition, control, and analysis software, an acquisition workstation, and data storage. Also included are installation, integration, validation, acceptance, training, application support, warranty, and preventive maintenance. Complete delivery and verifiable invoicing must be completed by November 15, 2026, at the latest.
