Demolition works for old vehicle hall

Demolition works: establishment of a temporary storage area (1 lump sum) on the construction site, erection of a dust protection wall (1,000 m² scaffolding); demolition of an old vehicle hall (single-story masonry building, used as a garage, saddle roof with nail plate trusses and corrugated asbestos sheet roofing) with a gross floor area of 1,805 m² and a gross volume of 12,850 m³; disposal of 1,261 t of non-hazardous and 577 t of hazardous construction, demolition, and municipal waste according to the Circular Economy Act, with disposal costs borne by the contractor; dismantling of a connection point for construction water and supply lines of a sanitary container (1 unit) including restoration to original condition and removal of the existing connection point (external water connection) to the construction water tapping point and sanitary container up to 50 m. Required qualifications: proof of expertise according to TRGS 524 (protective measures for activities in contaminated areas) and TRGS 519 (asbestos demolition, renovation, or maintenance work).
