Drywall works for shooting halls in the new construction of an indoor shooting range: approximately 1,480 m² of ceiling cladding for sound and ricochet protection including substructures, consisting of perforated aluminum sheets 0.8 mm and an acoustic layer of polyester fiber panels 50/1500 building material class B1; approximately 51 pcs. ceiling inspection hatches 500 x 500 mm; approximately 15 pcs. inspection hatches 1000 x 400 mm; approximately 227 pcs. supply and installation of pre-fabricated light panels including standard LED lights; 760 m² of wall cladding for sound and ricochet protection including substructures, consisting of perforated aluminum sheets 0.8 mm and an acoustic layer of polyester fiber panels 25x1800, 25x2000 building material class B1. Required proofs include the acoustic quality of wall and ceiling structures (reflection class RK 10 or higher, tested according to DIN EN 1793-5 by an accredited testing laboratory according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025), the bullet resistance and ricochet behavior of wall and ceiling cladding (positively tested by a state testing authority for weapons and security technology according to Bundeswehr testing instructions version 4), and positively tested ceiling lighting that does not degrade the acoustic classification of the ceiling cladding (RK 10).
