Non-exclusive discount agreements for active ingredients via Open-House procedure
Notice title: Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu den genannten Wirkstoffen mit Abschlussmöglichkeit im Rahmen des sogenannten Open-House-Verfahrens.
Discount agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for active ingredients and dosage forms: Conclusion via Open-House procedure with uniform contract conditions and access procedures. Access is offered to every suitable pharmaceutical company. No exclusivity; contract conclusion possible at any time under the same conditions. Individual negotiations do not take place. In case of a later tender for exclusive contracts, existing contracts will be terminated.
