Analysis of the Potential of Mine, Mining, and Dewatering Water in Germany

Expert opinion for the analysis of the potential of mine, mining, and dewatering water in Germany: Identification of unused potentials, development of utilization proposals, and instruments for economic utilization. The expert opinion includes the collection of data on mining water composition (data research, no own analytics), the assessment of potentials for raw material extraction and energetic use, the description of practiced water management measures at selected sites, and the potentials of mining sites as retention spaces, especially during heavy rainfall events. Additionally, mining sites with water qualities and management measures will be visualized in GIS-enabled maps, and these maps will be operated for the project duration.
