Architectural services for the replacement new build of the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Rottal-Inn in Eggenfelden: Basic services for service phases 1-9 for building and interior design according to § 34 para. 3 HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1. The project includes the demolition of the building constructed in 1983, site preparation, and renewal of the public utility connection. The new building is to implement a room program approved by the Government of Lower Bavaria on May 11, 2026, which was adjusted due to increased student numbers. The school will be relocated during the construction phase. Construction is planned to start no later than the 2nd/3rd quarter of 2028, with a construction period of 32-36 months. The current buildings can be used until December 2028 due to fire protection regulations, with an option for extension. Special services include assistance with applying for and settling grants (including proof of use), creation of an adapted fire protection concept, ENEV verification, SiGeKo services, monitoring of defect rectification within the limitation period, and additional services according to Annex 2 of the architectural contract. Optionally, planning services for an interim solution (container school) for approval planning (partial services of service phases 1-4) and potentially further partial services of service phases 5-8 are included.
