Specialist planning services for technical equipment (HVAC) for the replacement new building of the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Rottal-Inn in Eggenfelden, including swimming pool/hall: Basic services for service phases 1-9 (excluding phase 4, but including phase 4 for plant group 1) according to HOAI 2021 §§ 53, 55 para. 1 in conjunction with Annex 15 for plant groups 1 (wastewater, water, gas systems), 2 (heating systems), 3 (ventilation systems), 7 (swimming pool technology), and 8 (building automation). Optionally, additional specialist planning services for technical equipment of plant groups 1, 2, and 3 are foreseen as a lump sum, if required for a school-specific use of a container solution. The planning considers the approved room program of the Government of Lower Bavaria from 11.05.2026.
