Technical Equipment Planning Services (System Groups 4, 5, and 6) for the replacement new building of the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Rottal-Inn in Eggenfelden: Basic services for planning phases 1 (excluding phase 4) to 9 according to §§ 53, 55 para. 1 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 15. The project includes the demolition of the existing building constructed in 1983, preparation of the building site, renewal of public utilities, and the new construction including a swimming pool/hall. Existing infrastructure can be utilized. The school will be relocated during the construction phase. Optionally, additional specialist planning services for a temporary container school can be commissioned if alternative rooms are unavailable, particularly for school-specific usage requirements such as emergency lighting, IT systems, fire alarm systems, and telecommunications. The grant application is planned for Q2 2027, construction start in summer 2028, completion by end of 2031 with an estimated construction period of 32-36 months. The planning considers the approved room program from 2026.
