Structural engineering for the replacement new building of the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Rottal-Inn in Eggenfelden: phased commissioning of service phases 1-6 according to § 51, Annex 14 HOAI 2021; special services include structural fire protection verification and inspection and acceptance of reinforcement. For a potential interim solution (container school), the foundation design is planned as a lump sum, possibly supplemented by foundation consulting. Further optional partial services of the service profile of § 51 HOAI are possible. The project includes the demolition of the existing building, preparation of the building ground, and renewal of public utilities. Project costs amount to approximately 34,000,000 EUR (as of December 2023). Funding applications are to be submitted by Q2 2027, construction is planned to start in summer 2028, with a construction period of 32-36 months until approximately 2031.
