Pharmaceutical discount agreements for the active ingredient Dapagliflozin (ATC A10BK01): Conclusion under an Open House model with all interested pharmaceutical companies, based on uniform, non-exclusive conditions. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest contract start date being September 1, 2026. All contracts terminate no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start date. Accession is possible monthly, with a right of termination 6 weeks to the end of the month. AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland reserves the right to replace Open House agreements with exclusive tenders. Documents are preferably to be submitted electronically with a qualified electronic signature or in duplicate in written form. For a contract start on September 1, 2026, documents must be submitted by July 31, 2026. Later contract conclusions are possible monthly, with submission deadlines by the end of the month preceding the desired contract start. Potential contractors are exclusively pharmaceutical companies.
