Drug Discount Agreements for Pridinol (ATC M03BX03)

Drug discount agreements for the active ingredient Pridinol (ATC M03BX03): Conclusion via an Open House model with all interested pharmaceutical companies without selection. The agreements are non-exclusive; uniform conditions, terms, and access procedures apply without individual negotiations. Maximum contract duration 24 months, earliest contract start 01.09.2026; all contracts end no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start. Accession or contract conclusion possible monthly on the first day, with a right of termination 6 weeks to the end of the month. Reservation of replacing the Open House agreements with exclusive discount agreements from Europe-wide tenders during the term, whereby the Open House agreements automatically terminate. Submission of contract documents preferably electronically with a qualified electronic signature via email to am_vertraege@rps.aok.de; alternatively, manually signed in duplicate written form (scan to email address in advance) to AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse, Strategisches Vertragsmanagement Arzneimittel, Virchowstraße 30, 67304 Eisenberg. Access to contract information and documents after registration and activation in the project room on www.dtvp.de; further communication exclusively via email. Only pharmaceutical companies are considered potential contractors; documents must be treated confidentially. First contract conclusion on 01.09.2026, submission deadline for documents until 31.07.2026; later contract conclusions possible monthly on the first day, with submission deadline by the end of the month preceding the desired contract start.
