Pharmaceutical Discount Agreements for Lanthanum(III) Carbonate (Chewable Tablets)

Discount agreements for pharmaceutical products: Open House model for medicinal products containing the active ingredient Lanthanum(III) carbonate, chewable tablets only (ATC V03AE03), offered by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland. The contracts are non-exclusive and have a maximum duration of 24 months, with the earliest contract start on 01.09.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start date. Accession is possible monthly on the first day. A right of termination exists with 6 weeks' notice to the end of the month. AOK reserves the right to replace Open House contracts with exclusive discount agreements. Contract documents must be submitted electronically with a qualified electronic signature via email to am_vertraege@rps.aok.de or in duplicate written form (scan via email in advance) to AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland, Strategisches Vertragsmanagement Arzneimittel, Virchowstraße 30, 67304 Eisenberg. Access to documents is available after registration on www.dtvp.de. Only pharmaceutical companies are eligible as contracting partners. For a contract start on 01.09.2026, documents must be submitted by 31.07.2026. Later contract conclusions are possible on the first day of a month, with a submission deadline by the end of the preceding month.
