Drug discount agreements for Interferon beta-1a, intramuscular injection

Discount agreements for the active ingredient Interferon beta-1a, intramuscular injection (ATC L03AB07): Conclusion within an Open House model with all interested pharmaceutical companies under uniform conditions. The contracts are non-exclusive. Maximum contract duration 24 months, earliest contract start 01.09.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start. Entry possible monthly on the first of each month. Right of termination 6 weeks to month-end. AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland reserves the right to replace Open House contracts with exclusive discount agreements. Submission of documents preferably electronically with a qualified electronic signature via email to am_vertraege@rps.aok.de or alternatively in 2-fold written form (scan via email in advance) to AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland, Strategisches Vertragsmanagement Arzneimittel, Virchowstraße 30, 67304 Eisenberg. Access to contract information and documents after registration and activation on www.dtvp.de. Only pharmaceutical companies are eligible as contract partners. Submission deadline for a contract start on 01.09.2026 is 31.07.2026. For later contract starts, documents must be submitted by the end of the month preceding the desired contract start. This is not a public procurement in the sense of Directive 2014/24/EU.
