Construction, Craft, and Installation Works for the Expansion and Renovation of the UM FZV Building, Phase 2, Part 1

Construction, craft, and installation works, including supply and installation of equipment, for a four-story extension to the UM FZV building: The extension is intended for pedagogical processes and providing space for employees. The reinforced concrete structure is already completed or nearing completion. The extension is located on the north side of the existing building, in the area of the former two-story northern wing, and partly on the existing courtyard and parking lot. The contractor must immediately begin ordering materials, elements, and equipment after contract signing, where possible according to project documentation and the current state of the object. For certain items, only the installation (with possible connection) of equipment is required, as parts of the equipment have already been provided by the client. The contractor will actively participate in the technical and quality acceptance of the already executed reinforced concrete works.
