Construction works for the thermal rehabilitation of Pavilion C17-Physiotherapy, Child Psychiatry: estimated contract value 38,422,895.73 Lei without VAT. The project aims at improving the energy efficiency of building C17 to reduce primary energy consumption, CO2 emissions, and the annual specific final energy consumption for heating. Building C17 (Basement+Ground Floor+3 Floors) includes patient rooms, medical offices, medical recovery areas, sanitary facilities, storage, and technical spaces. The contract duration is a minimum of 79 months, divided into 18 months for the execution of works (plus 1 month for acceptance) and a warranty period of a minimum of 60 months until final acceptance.
