Construction site setup for the complex renovation in Leipzig (Heiterblickallee 1-5, 7-11, Günselstraße 1-7, Südblick 2-8, Hartriegelstraße 2-10): securing evidence and acceptance of public areas with VTA Leipzig before and after construction completion, application and cancellation of approx. 11 special uses/traffic regulations, traffic safety for construction areas in public spaces according to traffic regulations, control of traffic-regulating measures, provision of a S/W container with wastewater tank, provision of construction fence (approx. 100 m), construction of 5 asphalt sidewalk crossings. Expertise in traffic safety for road construction sites (MVAS 99) and a responsible construction manager with MVAS certificate are required. Execution period: February 1, 2027 to December 8, 2027. Qualification documents include turnover of the last 3 financial years, 2 references for comparable complex projects from the last 3 years, number of commercial employees, proof of expertise (e.g., trade register, Chamber of Commerce), proof of qualification/certification/authorization (e.g., professional chamber), clearance certificate from the professional association, commercial register extract (max. 1 year old), liability insurance certificate.
