Maintenance, glass and frame cleaning services in stairwells and common areas are performed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annually; basic cleaning services annually. The contract duration is from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 with a maximum of three extension options for one additional year each. Eligibility documents include company data, turnover, number of commercial employees, professional liability insurance (not older than 1 year), references, clearance certificate from the professional association, commercial register entry (not older than 1 year) / IHK / HWK certificate, designation of contact person, calculation parameters form, if applicable, bidder consortium declaration and subcontractor list. The award criterion is price.
