Roofing works for complex renovation in Leipzig

Roofing works: Removal and disposal of approx. 4,000 m² of old insulation material from knee wall areas, insulation of the top floor ceiling (approx. 2,800 m², no blown-in insulation) and the basement ceiling (approx. 2,300 m²), partial roof repair (Rhepanol), renewal of approx. 43 ventilation shaft covers and approx. 26 roof accesses on the flat roof, and renewal of balcony drainage for 178 balconies. The works will be carried out at Heiterblickallee 1-5, 7-11, Günselstraße 1-7, Südblick 2-8, Hartriegelstraße 2-10 in 04329 Leipzig. The execution period is from 2027-03-08 to 2027-11-29. Proof of expertise for DGUV 101-004 work in contaminated areas and TRGS 521 demolition, renovation, and maintenance work with old mineral wool is required. For qualification, documents such as turnover for the last 3 financial years, 2 references, proof of professional competence (e.g., entry in the trade register), qualifications, clearance certificate from the professional association, commercial register extract, and liability insurance certificate must be submitted.
