Scaffolding for complex renovation in Leipzig (Heiterblickallee etc.)

Scaffolding for 5 buildings in Leipzig (Heiterblickallee 1-5, 7-11, Günselstraße 1-7, Südblick 2-8, Hartriegelstraße 2-10): Erection and dismantling of scaffolding for facade and roof work, approx. 12,500 m² facade area. Scaffolding must be erected by the end of April 2027, with scaffolding provision planned until at least early/mid-August 2027. Dismantling will be discontinuous. Scaffolding cladding with dust protection netting is required. Increased effort for scaffolding the courtyard facades must be considered, as the inner courtyard may not be driven on. The execution period is from 02/02/2027 to 02/08/2027. For qualification, the turnover of the last 3 financial years, 2 comparable references from the last 3 years, the number of commercial employees, proof of expertise (e.g., scaffolder, entry in the trade register, IHK membership), qualification/certification/authorization proofs (e.g., membership in professional chamber), a clearance certificate from the professional association, a current commercial register extract (not older than 1 year), and proof of liability insurance must be submitted.
